Our roots in the Gulf of Mexico can be traced back to 1932 when Carl Muchowich established a fleet of shrimp boats in Freeport, Texas. Eventually, shrimp boats were converted to offshore supply vessels and operated as Muchowich Marine Services. Party Boats Inc operated between 1953-76. Offshore Oil Services Inc.was established in 1968.
