The First Captain is the vessel master, provides leadership and direction to the crew, promotes efficiency, customer service, safety, and compliance. Must demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate employees and possess the ability to organize and effectively work on multiple tasks at one time. Must have a team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Master of Near Coastal Steam or Motor Vessels of at least 100 Gross Tons.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 2+ Years of Lead Captain experience.

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the crew.
• Promote compliance with company health safety and environmental policy.
• Ability to organize and effectively work on multiple tasks at one time.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate employees.
• Must have a team oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to oversee and manage cargo positioning to insure safe loading/unloading.
• Safely manage the transfer of all liquid cargos.

You'll be familiar with managing crewboat operations, including the opportunity to lead and train crew members. You will gain experience with our standard processes and systems, including electronic vessel logs. You will have an opportunity to participate in the company 401k plan and enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance. You will have support from the office staff 24/7 during your shift. The Second Captain serves as a relief vessel master. Provides leadership and direction to the crew, promotes efficiency, customer service, safety, and compliance. Must demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate employees and possess the ability to organize and effectively work on multiple tasks at one time. Must have a team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

The First Seaman assumes a mentor role with Second Seaman. Has the necessary skills and knowledge to hold the wheel while running offshore. Can perform any required deck or engine room tasks without instruction. He anticipates the captain's next orders. Knows how the vessel is to be maintained and takes leadership roles in projects. The First Seaman fosters a teamwork attitude with fellow crew members. He is working towards obtaining a USCG license.

• 2+ Years of Seaman experience.

The Second Seaman is a training position working as required by the vessel master. He anticipates the captain's next orders and can perform necessary deck or engine room tasks with minimal instruction.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Ability to organize and effectively work on multiple tasks at one time.
• Must have a team oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.

You'll train under senior crew members to develop skills required for advancement. You will become familiar with our processes and systems.
